California Environmental Engineering an EPA recognized and C.A.R.B. licensed emission facility tested the SV Technologies device. The device was tested on a 1974 VW Beetle. The tests conducted were CVS 78 FTP cold start tests as described in the CFR Title 40 Part 86. The test results are as follows:
