Serge V. Monros: CEO, Chairman, Founder

Prior to joining SaviCorp in August 2004, Mr. Monros held several esteemed positions including Chief Technology Officer for Integrated Micro Systems Company headquartered in Vista, CA. Mr. Monros directed all phases of research & development projects from prototype design to final production.

Monros' tenure includes his role as a Senior Systems Analyst for Rockwell International's Space Transportation Services (STS) Division located in Downey, CA. As a Senior Systems Analyst, he designed and manufactured special tooling for the Space Shuttle program, produced mechanical designs/drawings, communicated project scope/details to production teams, supervised all CNC programmers, processed change orders/revisions, and resolved various production engineering problems.

Mr. Monros is noted for his expertise in the development of technical strategies and solutions, engineering design, CAD/CAM, NC and computer programming, database management, troubleshooting/repair, network management, and technical support. Mr. Monros has also taught career training courses in Computer Aided Design & Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM).

Mr. Monros-a recognized leader and innovative professional, has over 30 years of experience and continued success as an Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst, and Project Manager. Mr. Monros holds a large number of patents that are currently registered, filed, or pending with worldwide market potential.

Mr. Monros has a diverse educational background with an emphasis in Electronics, Computer Science, Programming and Robotics from the following colleges: Golden West College, Huntington Beach, CA, Southern California Regional College, Torrance, CA, and McGill University, Montreal, Canada.


Rudy Rodriguez: Chief Operations Officer

He is responsible for overseeing corporate operations, supply chain management, procurement, vendor management, lean manufacturing, capital asset management and sourcing of both raw materials and finished goods.

Prior to joining SaviCorp in August 2004, Mr. Rodriguez held several esteemed positions at American Range located in Pacoima , CA as the Supply Chain, Director.

Mr. Rodriguez Directed and oversaw the entire supply chain function, develop policies and high level objectives related to the manufacturing of commercial and residential appliances. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the timely fulfillment of finished goods, services and asset management. Leads, directs and educates the operations staff in a variety of supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures. Applies extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Mr. Rodriguez prior management position was working for Wilbur Curtis Company located in Los Angeles , Ca. where he was responsible for the procurement of all goods and services from suppliers for the manufacturing of commercial tea, coffee and espresso brewing equipment. Organized all coordination with vendors including procurement actions, engineering, manufacturing and other considerations. Assist in intra-departmental coordination to achieve corporate goals and departmental goals.

Phil Scott: Chief Financial Officer

Phil Scott: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Scott has twenty years of financial, valuation, corporate advisory, merger and acquisition and restructuring experience. In addition to his research and valuation work, he currently serves as the interim CFO for two public companies.

Mr. Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst designee. Mr. Scott has also served as the CFO for SurgiCare, Inc., PSX, Inc. and The Camden Group and has led these companies through successful restructuring and equity sales. Mr. Scott has also served as Vice President of Development for Health Care Partners, Ltd. and Heritage Provider Network, Inc., completing numerous acquisitions. He has an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of San Diego and a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from California Institute of Technology.

Steve Botkin: Chief Information Officer

Steve Botkin: Chief Information Officer

Steve Botkin, the Chief Information Officer for SaviCorp, where he is responsible for the Corporate Information Systems. His responsibilities include the oversight management of such office automation tasks as desktop architecture and support, network implementation, software development, and information management. He will lead the development of information technology strategies, which support SaviCorp's mission goals and objectives.

Mr. Botkin retired from Boeing’s Space & Intelligence Systems with 35 years as an IT project manager in Seal Beach , California. Primary functions are to provide planning, direction, and coordination functions of IT operations on designated projects which ensure contract performance requirements and IT objectives are accomplished. Mr. Botkin is a team leader for the activities of personnel at other Boeing facilities located in Southern California and is responsible for application development, sustainment, schedules, and performance standards.

Prior to Boeing's acquisition of Rockwell International, Mr. Botkin's primary technical responsibilities role was the development and functional systems testing of NASA's Space Shuttle, dividing his work between Downey California and Cape Kennedy Florida. Mr. Botkin's responsibilities was the development and functional testing of the mechanical systems of the Space Shuttle, which included Hydrocarbon Analysis, High Pressure Testing, Hydraulic Testing, Pneumatics Testing, Systems checkout, and final test preparations for Space Shuttle pre-launch.

Other areas of technical expertise includes the development and test of Global Positioning Satellites which provides military and civilian users three-dimensional position location data in longitude, latitude and elevation as well as precise time and velocity. His primary functions involved were the space simulation vacuum testing, acoustic testing, accelerometer testing, vibration testing and thermal cycle testing of the GPS satellites.

Mr. Botkin's work also included highly technical development of the Hyper-X aircraft; also know as the X-43 A vehicle. His primary functions included the design, and development of the scramjet (supersonic-combustion ramjets) engine water spray system in the support of Mach 10 testing by NASA receiving the Boeing Silver Phantom Award.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix campus in Fountain Valley , California.
